Living Wholly Free
My toxin-free journey began with products that I used on myself and my daughter. The products were the jumping off point to so much more. I realized that I had a responsibility to research and choose for myself with the products I purchased, their ingredients, their sourcing. It has bled into all areas of my life.
What about what I eat? Other companies I choose to purchase from and then align with? What about the people I allow into my life? What about the scripts I allow myself to repeat over and over again?
Are those toxin-free, too?
This is a journey . . . undoubtedly a completely overwhelming one if you look at all of it. Start with one. What is the most important thing to you right now to live out in a toxin-free way? Is it the cleaners in your home? The cosmetics you choose? The relationships you carry? The companies you don't agree with? The patterns you are set in?
Pick one. When you are ready your heart will tell you the next one to tackle. It is a process. Allow it be so. Allow it to be a journey for the rest of your life of identifying what needs to change and allow yourself time to change them.
