Well, it has happened. I have decided to try out homeschooling with my little. She has missed a bit of school recently because of an illness and we worked it out with my schedule that I can be home with her to do homeschooling. I am so excited! And overwhelmed. At first, it was state law, then curriculum, then how do I do all of this?!?

Aside from the freak-outs (and major use of essential oils-- Peace and Motivate) it has been fun looking at everything and exploring our options. I feel like things will be a little scattered this year because we are starting halfway through but I am so excited to spend this extra time with her no matter how this ball started rolling.

I went through public school and have nothing nasty to say about any type of schooling. I think we all do what is best for our family in that moment of our lives. For now, homeschooling is the best for us. We will see how this little experiment goes.
