Every Day is a Chance

The sun has long since set. The girls (my pet name for my four hens) have all gone to sleep. Baby girl (who isn't quite a baby anymore) is sleeping soundly in her bed.

And here I sit. Doing anything but getting ready for bed. Maybe it is the chocolate I ate while half watching one of my guilty pleasures *cough* Bachlorette *cough* and attacking Pinterest. Maybe it is that there is too much to process and I don't even want to begin.

Life is so full. Full of love, excitement and joy and also full of pain, sorrow and grief. The one thing that I do know is that every day is new. God's grace is enough for each and every of our days. We may struggle through our days at times (or all of the time it may seem) but he is present.

"The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness. 'The Lord is my portion,' says my soul, 'therefore I will hope in him.'" Lamentations 3:22-24

He is so worthy of our trust, friend. Even if tomorrow is just as full as today and it promises to be... He is already there. He is enough.
