Two Oils for Monthly Support

Sisters, let’s talk about our monthly bleed for a second. For the last two years, I have come into a good relationship with my monthly cycle. I have learned my tendencies beyond the typical “the week before feels like hell” (and even in that area I’ve made some advancements). It has been worth the journey, for me, to track all the things to get to know myself and my cycle better.

There is a duo that is fantastic in easing cramping that can occur during the bleed. I find it is also emotionally supportive as well. Enter Clary Calm and Copaiba.

Here is how I use these two gorgeous oils in tandem to help me through my bleed:

First, I roll three or four circles of Clary Calm in my palm along and add in one drop of Copaiba. Then I drop a few drops of carrier oil (ie fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil, or jojoba oil) and lovingly massage this onto my lower abdomen and lower back. Within minutes I feel it going to work to calm and soothe my body and my mind.

Helpful hint: Clary Calm comes in a roller-ball form but it is NOT diluted. It is full strength and should be diluted before you apply it to your skin.
